Our Policy - IC Beauty Studio and Spa

At IC Beauty Studio and Spa, we're dedicated to helping you feel your best. That's why we're here to make sure that your experience is as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible.
Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
We know that time is your most precious resource. That's why we ask that appointments be confirmed. To avoid penalties and fees, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your appointment, and rescheduling must also be done 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the treatment price, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

We know that sometimes plans change last minute, and we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment.

We do have one policy that we ask our clients to follow: If you are a "no-show" or cancel after the start of your appointment time, you will not be able to get a refund for your reserved service.

Deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges with services or in store purchases. 

We're always happy to help you get the best experience possible, but we also want to be sure that you're in good health before your service begins. If you have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your treatment, be sure to mention them when you book an appointment.
