1. What can I expect from my visit at IC Beauty Studio and Spa?

When you arrive at IC Beauty Studio and Spa, you’ll first check in with our receptionist. After checking in, please wait in our waiting area until it’s time for your appointment.

If it’s your first visit ever or you’re trying a new treatment, you may need to fill out an Intake Form. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early. This will give you time to settle in, enjoy a beverage or snack, complete any necessary paperwork, and use the restroom if needed.

2. What do I need to have prepared?

Preparation requirements vary depending on the service you’re receiving. For specific details on how to prepare, please refer to the booking page for your chosen service. If you have any questions or need additional guidance, you can book a 15-minute Free Evaluation with our esthetician to discuss your concerns and receive directions for your treatment.

 

 

3. Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring up to one guest with you. Depending on the type of appointment, your guest may either accompany you in the treatment room or wait in the waiting area.

4. Is there a No Pet policy?

Yes, we have a strict No Pet policy in place. We kindly ask that you do not bring pets into the studio.

5. Is there a No Child policy?

There is no specific No Child policy. However, please be aware that we do not offer childcare services, so you will need to supervise your child throughout the duration your visit.

6. How do I book an appointment?

You can conveniently book and pay for your appointment online through our website! Alternatively, you can call us to schedule your appointment and make a payment over the phone. We are an appointment only establishment, and require a deposit to be paid if you decide to book over the phone.

7. What are my payment options?

We offer several payment options for your convenience. You can pay in full online, use a payment plan through Afterpay or Shop Pay, or pay in cash (cash payments are only accepted for treatment packages).
